Digital Designer

Is it you?

We’re on the hunt for an exceptional middleweight Graphic Designer to join our growing integrated branding and marketing agency. You’ll be working closely with our Client development team and our Creative Director. You’ll have a natural design flair and be ambitious. You’ll be proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and have an eye for detail, design and process. You’ll be comfortable working under pressure and have the ability both to take direction and work under your own initiative. You’ll be happy to get your hands dirty’ with both production artworking as well as broader design briefs. Your personality will mean that you’ll find it easy to get along with colleagues and our internal culture, pulling your weight as part of a successful team.

The role

You will be responsible for day to day rollout of creative deliverables, this will include artworking and applying designs across a range of medias, so having a keen eye for detail and meeting deadlines as efficiently as possible is essential. On larger projects, you’ll also be directly involved in the creative design process from start to finish, working with the rest of the team to develop ideas and solutions to meet our client briefs. You’ll manage your tasks and workload using our online project management platform, managing multiple projects at once and taking pride in your work execution.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Creating new brand collateral for clients, including concept development
  • Designing new and updating current client literature following corporate branding guidelines or brief requirements
  • Designing digital marketing assets across different platforms
  • Designing and producing in-house marketing collateral
  • Working with internal teams to help create pitching and proposal documents
  • Providing quality control over own work
  • Following best practice with the creative team
  • Working with other team members to deliver projects against deadlines
  • Working with the our web team to design web assets

Skills and competencies

  • You will have excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Skilled in designing new material that fits its target audience
  • Self motivated, highly organised and able to work to demanding deadlines
  • Ability to manage own workload including logging hours and activity on project management tools
  • Experience of designing for both on and offline
  • A positive and proactive attitude


  • Experience of web prototyping tools e.g. InVision would be an advantage
  • Experience in digital animation – Aftereffects, Cinema 4D, HTML5 would be an advantage
  • Experience in an agency environment would be an advantage
  • You’ll have a well-designed portfolio showing excellent design principles in layout and typography
