Social Media Manager

Our Social Media Manager will work with account managers to develop and implement effective social media strategies in line with campaign objectives. The Social Media Manager will also help ensure Free Partners social media presence is being effectively managed. The role requires start-to-end management of social media plans to deliver best exposure for Free Partners and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, guide and monitor the presence of Free Partners own brand and client brands across various social media platforms
  • Devise and implement social-first strategies for standalone social campaigns
  • Develop and integrate social media plans for broader campaigns that clients/Free Partners
  • Responsible for all elements of campaign set-up and execution, including audience selection, budgeting, tracking and campaign management
  • Research, identify and understand the opportunities for high-engagement content topics during campaign periods
  • Ensure focus on content marketing effectiveness to ensure maximum success
  • Work with the wider Free Partners account management team on commercials including goals, budgets and reporting for client management
  • Identify and recommend the best formats for brief and budget and provide clients with options to chose from
  • Always be aware of the most effective trends within the industry and share this knowledge with the team
  • Write briefs for creative department
  • Develop posts to promote content and proof other team members content to ensure high quality work for clients
  • Responsible for ensuring campaign performance including data analysis, reporting and reacting to changes required
  • Mentor developing members of the team

Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Proven knowledge of up-to-date trends used within social media marketing and content creation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Preferred experience and knowledge within the insurance industry
